by a team that works with continuity and your best interests
at heart.
We believe continuity is essential.
Working with a small number of major organisations over a
long period enables us to represent you in a truly credible
way. This focused approach to an “off-limits list”
also allows us to access far more of the target market than
many other, larger search firms. We can assess areas of “fit”
that are not easy to define and give potential appointees
an accurate sense of whether they will succeed and bring value.
We have particularly deep understanding
of the way products are developed, launched and marketed, and of
the relationships between Pharma and the sources of pipeline opportunity
in “biotech” and younger companies.
