Client Culture - Candidate Competencies
Understand the vision, strategy, commercial goals, market position and market dynamics, values and culture of our client
Define the role to establish the career opportunity, competency profile and expertise requirements, performance measures, incentives and rewards to attract the best candidates
Research the global market, identify and assess the available talent and provide market feedback to the client
Conduct rigorous interviewing and assessment of the short list and generate comprehensive candidate reports for our client
Assess candidates' career progression and professional development, technical and behavioural competence, leadership skills and style, culture fit and entrepreneurial flair
Support the client's final selection process and decision making, support the offer and negotiation process, and conduct detailed and specific referencing
Monitor successful appointment to ensure client satisfaction and candidate effectiveness
