St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer
In aid of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
The St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer was organised in aid of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
In September, supporters from across the United States come together for the St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month to raise money for the kids of St. Jude, a children’s research hospital, where families never receive a bill for anything.
- This year’s Event Date: Saturday, September 29th
- Course: 5k along one of Pittsburgh’s rivers, the Monongahela
Rachel serves on the Pittsburgh chapter of the St. Jude Walk/Run Committee, as Experience Chair, helping to plan, organize and execute the event. Becca and Mat both ran 5 kilometers and raised money for St. Jude.
Congratulations to all the team for contributing time and energy to this important cause!
