Earlier in his career, Jason worked in the Life Sciences practice of a boutique recruitment firm, where he developed new business and recruited into medical affairs and clinical research sub-verticals.
He holds an MRes and BSc in Biomedical Science from St George's Hospital Medical School and subsequently worked there as an academic Research Assistant investigating signalling mechanisms in the lungs.
