On 20 October, Nona will moderate the panel discussion Real-Life Board and Advisory Role Experiences, bringing together Boardroom Ready alumnae to share candid perspectives on board service, from establishing credibility in the boardroom to navigating governance responsibilities and strategic decision-making.

Nona will also participate in the program's Recruiter Roundtables on 21 October, joining leading executive search and board recruitment professionals to discuss board recruitment, positioning and pathways to securing board opportunities.

The Women In Bio Boardroom Ready Program continues to play an important role in preparing accomplished executives for board service and expanding access to governance opportunities across the life sciences sector.
