This connectivity was further strengthened by team-building activities, including challenging escape rooms – our own field assignments – which put our collaborative problem-solving and communication skills to the ultimate test!

The objective of this critical mission was clear: to evaluate our efficiencies and effectiveness and sharpen our service delivery in a world that is shifting fast. Our agenda included a strategic session from our CEO, Nicholas Green, and a deep-dive workshop led by a guest speaker on the intersection of AI and executive search. We spent significant time pressure-testing our search process, exploring where we can be faster, more innovative, and further deepen our collective expertise.

A key theme throughout the two days was the evolution of executive search, critically focusing on how to successfully integrate AI into our process while ensuring the human element – our expertise and insight – remains central to every leadership decision.

The conversations were enlightening, challenging, and a powerful reminder of what is possible when we come together to rethink “the way we’ve always done things.”
