Co-founded Coulter Partners in 2003 and has over 25 years’ experience of board and C level global search, building the leadership teams of ground-breaking early stage, mid cap and global multinationals in over 20 countries. Bianca channels her judgement and considerable expertise to assist those at the cutting edge of life sciences and technology innovation to achieve their goals.

Prior to founding Coulter Partners, Bianca spent 10 years with Korn Ferry and was a Partner in both Financial Services and Global Life Sciences. Bianca started her career with Citibank and has a joint Hons MA in English and Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh, UK.
