Global senior advisor to clients and candidates, with a particular specialism working with companies growing from Italian headquarters and those expanding into Italy. Helps define talent strategy and leadership needs, delivering our full range of services to drive growth. Track record in supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech and related services businesses such as CROs, covering a wide range of functions from commercial operations to R&D, and spanning therapeutic areas including oncology/immune-oncology, neurosciences, respiratory and rare diseases. Francesca joined Coulter Partners in 2022, based in Milan.

Prior to Coulter Partners, Francesca spent nearly nine years at Korn Ferry where she was Client Partner and Sector Leader R&D Pharma & Biotech EMEA, specialising in supporting international clients as well as local companies with pan-European assignments. Previously worked at Ken Clark International and Euromedica for nine years. Before moving into executive search, she started her career in the pharmaceutical industry in GSK’s HR department. Francesca holds a degree in Science of Formative Processes & Psychology from the University of Verona, Italy. She is a native Italian speaker with fluent English.
