An entrepreneur at heart, Michael has previously successfully owned his own Life Sciences, Healthcare and Technology search firm with operations in Japan, Australia and Singapore. He joined Coulter Partners in 2021 to build out its regional presence.

Previously Global Life Sciences Practice Lead for NGS Global and owner-operator of a boutique life sciences executive search firm covering Asia. Michael also gained earlier experience in capital market advisory to private equity and FTSE 250 companies. He holds a bachelor’s of Commerce from Monash University, Australia and an MBA from The University of Oxford, UK. An Australian national, Michael additionally holds permanent residency in Japan and speaks Japanese fluently.
