Penny brings an extensive track record covering all functional areas across Europe, gained from 15 years with Spencer Stuart and 7 years with Korn Ferry. She joined Coulter Partners in 2019 from a consultancy where she was responsible for building the medtech executive search practice. She holds a BA in French and German from Durham University, UK, and speaks fluent English, French, Dutch, and German.
