I have always been passionate about life science executive search. I truly believe that by building leadership teams for the companies at the forefront of innovation, we are directly involved in changing the world.

Manages senior research and production teams across Europe, with a strong focus on assignment delivery and operations, as well as employee learning and development. Process and database optimisation. Part of the team driving DE&I initiatives across the business. Victoria brings 15 years of experience in life science executive search, having worked broadly across commercial and R&D roles in pharma, biotech, and medtech, including PE/VC backed clients. Joined Coulter Partners in 2022, based in London.

Previously nine years with Spencer Stuart, most recently as Senior Associate Life Sciences. Draws on further experience gained with Korn Ferry and Euromedica. Victoria holds a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Warwick, UK, and an MSc in Marine Biology from the Queen Mary University of London, UK.
