Global lead on training, learning and development. Organizes and drives internal workshops to develop relationships, increase visibility and promote engagement, providing education on best practice and employee wellbeing. Part of the team driving DE&I initiatives across the business to increase awareness and educate, with an initial focus on neurodiversity. Laura joined Coulter Partners in 2016, initially focused on delivery of executive search assignments.

Laura’s previous role with Coulter Partners encompassed board and senior level assignments for a variety of functions across biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Over 15 years of executive search experience across FMCG, life sciences and service industries, spanning EMEA and APAC. Extensive background in search for early-stage companies and large multi-nationals gained with Heidrick and Struggles, Ward Howell, and RSA. Laura holds a BA in Tourism Management from the University of Hertfordshire, UK.
