Graham has been an executive search consultant since 2003, leading senior level international assignments across a broad range of technical and commercial functions in the pharmaceutical, medical technology and biotechnology sectors. He joined Coulter Partners in 2015 and was appointed Managing Partner in 2023.

His experience spans search assignments in Switzerland, Europe, USA and Asia, and he draws on an extensive track record and expertise gained from executing search projects for pharmaceutical companies in the global top five, for biotechs, as well as for global med tech, chemical and agrochemical companies. In particular, he has a strong knowledge and network in commercial and manufacturing/supply chain roles, built on a previous executive career in multinational corporations in Asia and Europe. Graham holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Cambridge University and is a dual British & Swiss national.
