Coulter Partners announces two additional appointments to its new Milan office. Giulia Bacis joins as Senior Consultant and Anna Senzacqua as Consultant. Together with Francesca Lazzarin, Executive Director, Yasemin Holland, Senior Research Associate and Giuliana Milioto, Research Associate, they make up the Italian team who will enrich the firm’s offering to companies growing from Italian headquarters and those expanding into Italy.
Italy is seeing major growth in businesses underpinned by cutting edge science and technology, thanks to a history of world-class research and innovation, academic centres and hospitals of international renown.

Coulter Partners has a strong track record of placing senior executives in Italy, as well as global hiring for Italian headquartered organisations, from early stage privately owned biotech businesses to large-cap public and family owned.
Giulia joins from seven years with Heidrick & Struggles, most recently as Engagement Manager in the Global Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice. Her focus has been senior-level placements for international clients, spanning a multitude of functions including Executive Committee, R&D, commercial, general management, manufacturing, quality and technical operations, and HR. She started her career with Korn Ferry/Futurestep as a Researcher. Giulia holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Milan. She is a native Italian speaker with fluent English.
Anna brings seven years of experience with Korn Ferry, most recently as Managing Associate Life Sciences EMEA, Professional Search. Prior to that, she spent three years with Open Executive Search & Selection and a further year with Norman Broadbent as a Researcher. She holds degrees in International Management from the Università Cattolica and Business Languages and Culture from the University of Urbino, Italy. Anna is a native Italian speaker who speaks French and English fluently.
