As we mark Coulter Partners’ 20^th anniversary, our team gathered at Horwood House in the UK to celebrate, reflect, share and prepare for the future, but also to have some fun and get to know each other better. Additionally, we were honored to be joined by so many of our clients for a celebratory Garden Party in Gray’s Inn gardens.

We work together as one global team across the USA, Canada, UK/Europe, and APAC, but for some of us, it was the first time we’d met in person! Our team has grown to 120+ experts with people travelling from as far afield as west coast US, Melbourne, Australia and many points in between to meet their colleagues.

Our "Back to the Future"-themed gathering included futurecasting workshops and a talk on the future of healthcare by Cristina Ortega Duran (and a robot!), learning how to develop a growth mindset with Matthew Syed and his team at Matthew Syed Consulting, and enjoying ‘It’s a knockout’-style games and an 80’s themed party.

We had a very inspiring and empowering time which will positively influence the way we work together to achieve our mission to build teams to change the world.

We have been proud to work with you, creating a better future together, and we look forward to more collaboration in the next 20 years!
