Giulia brings a substantial track record in recruiting executive committee, general management, and commercial roles in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and consumer health, as well as R&D and operations roles in the industrial sector. Prior to joining Coulter Partners, Giulia spent 7 years with Heidrick & Struggles, where she was the first dedicated researcher for the Italian market. Further experience with Korn Ferry/Futurestep as a Researcher. Giulia holds a master´s degree in Law from the University of Milan, Italy. She is a native Italian speaker with fluent English.
