Prior to joining Coulter Partners, Laura gained over 15 years of executive search experience across Europe and the US with leading international search firms, including CT Partners and Russell Reynolds Associates. Rose to Partner with CT Partners. Laura holds a master’s degree in Natural Sciences from Fitzwilliam College, the University of Cambridge, UK, where she specialised in genetics.
