His experience spans biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, digital health, clinical research and consumer health, with expertise across research and development, medical, commercial, business development, regulatory, operations and human resources functions. Stuart joined Coulter Partners in September 2026 from PIR International, where he was Senior Partner and Co-Owner. He has delivered global retained search assignments at executive and Board level for advanced science, healthcare and medical technology organizations, building long-standing relationships across the international life sciences ecosystem.
Previously, Stuart held senior executive search roles with Amrop, Euromedica Executive Search and SRG, supporting public, private and not-for-profit organizations across Europe and North America. He holds a BA (Hons) in International Business Management from University of Plymouth and Stockholm University, Sweden.
