Prior to Coulter Partners, Clare was a Research Associate at Whitehead Mann, working in both the consumer and life sciences sectors. Clare began her executive search career as a Research Associate in the life sciences practice at Korn Ferry International, working on business development in the medical devices and commercial spheres. Clare studied at Middlesex University, UK.
