Katie is an executive search professional with global experience across the life sciences sector, advising organizations at all stages of growth on the appointment of senior leadership. She works closely with boards, founders and investors to build high-impact executive teams, with expertise in scaling early-stage, investor-backed therapeutic companies internationally.

She joined Coulter Partners in 2019 and brings over seven years of global executive search experience across biotechnology, therapeutics and the broader life sciences ecosystem.

Prior to Coulter Partners, Katie was Associate Consultant for Venari Partners, where she worked within the firm’s consumer practice and led a number of assignments for leading multinational organizations.

Katie holds a First-Class BSc in Neuroscience and Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University. During her degree, she worked as a Clinical Research Fellow in the laboratory of Francis McGlone, contributing to a PhD research programme, investigating the role of C-fibers in non-painful affective processing and the modulation of pain.
