Sarah works with a broad spectrum of clients, from emerging seed-funded and VC/PE-backed companies to large public global players throughout Europe and the US. Her career spans life sciences and includes medtech, diagnostics, biotech and pharma, in addition to academia and non-profit global health organisations.
Sarah brings 30 years of executive search experience to Coulter Partners, with a strong focus on the clinical research services ecosystem – including CROs, Site Management Organizations and patient recruitment technology platforms – and an increasing emphasis on emerging and scale‑up AI‑enabled MedTech and diagnostics companies.

Her earlier career includes in-house experience with Caldwell, AT Kearney Executive Search, and TMP Worldwide. Sarah holds a degree in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University.
