Manages research and production teams across Europe, with a strong focus on assignment delivery, as well as employee development and wellbeing. Part of the team driving DE&I initiatives across the business. Ana maintains a strong involvement in senior global executive search across the breadth of our sectors, particularly in client and candidate management and strategy. Joined Coulter Partners in 2021, based in London. She brings over seven years of international executive research and business development experience.

Previously Head of Search at VirdisGroup and Head of Training at Black & White English Academy, Ana brings strong transatlantic expertise in sectors including life sciences, education, professional development and legal. A native of Mexico, Ana holds a BA in European Studies from Royal Holloway University of London and is currently completing an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources & Talent Acquisition from Cornell University. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has working knowledge of French.
