Managing the Production team, he leads our search operations, overseeing all workflow and logistics to ensure an efficient and seamless execution from candidate sourcing to placement, driving quality across all our search engagements. Responsible for talent recruitment into the firm, Rob joined Coulter Partners in 2019.

Rob brings extensive executive search expertise gained with international specialist search firms, where he has held Managing Partner and Managing Director roles. Covering medical, commercial, and financial roles for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical technology companies, his experience spans the broad life science spectrum from early-stage to mid and large cap international companies. Previous commercial experience over six years in the pharmaceutical industry. Rob holds a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from De Montfort University.
