Anne brings over 25 years of executive search experience to her role, leading on chair, board and senior-level Life Sciences placements for PE/VC-backed and public companies in Europe and the US. Her success hinges on building strong relationships, ensuring a tailored approach for each client. Prior to joining Coulter Partners’ London office in 2017, Anne honed her skills across a range of sectors, including the public sector, life sciences, management consulting and consumer goods.

Extensive background in retained executive search both as Senior Researcher and building and managing research teams. Prior to Coulter Partners, Anne focused on assignments with the public sector Penna Plc and before that, was Head of Research for TMP Executive Resourcing. Anne holds a BA in Ancient History from Cardiff University, UK.
